We use all precious metals, so that your pieces will last! We use either 925 Sterling Silver, 940 Argentium Silver and 24KT Gold Plate and Rhodium Plate our silver pieces.  Some pieces are made of solid 18KT Gold as well.

There is no brass and gold/silver filled used in our products, so you won't have to worry about turning your finger green or pieces fading away. Our pieces are sturdy, solid and real.

Caring for Your Pieces:

• Do not use lotion, perfumes and other harsh chemicals around your piece of jewelry. It can leave residue and tarnish it quicker.
• Take off before going into the pool or jacuzzi. Chlorine is public enemy #1 and can eat away at solder and alloys in your jewelry over time.
• Water, Sweat and the Ocean can touch Solid 18KT and Sterling Silver no problem! Just ensure to dry each piece after getting it wet.
• Store in a cool, dry place
• Use a polishing cloth to wipe gently for shine.
• Lastly, you can create a homemade soap and water mix for a quick cleaning. In a bowl add 2-3 pumps of mild soap and 8oz of warm water, soak your piece in for 5-10 minutes, scrub gently with a clean toothbrush, rinse and dry thoroughly.

Sterling silver carries a living finish that softens and deepens over time.

To protect that clean, bright luster, we rhodium-plate all of our silver pieces.
This added layer slows oxidation and helps your jewelry stay luminous for years to come.

For our gold-toned designs, we apply a 24KT gold plating over sterling silver, creating a hue that’s soft and luminous — not the bright yellow of traditional plating, but a tone that feels warm, refined, and effortlessly natural.

If your silver ever needs a refresh, a gentle polish or natural cleaning method will bring back its original sheen.

A few elements can encourage oxidation:

• Sulfur in the Air – present in soil, water, and daily surroundings.

• Humidity – moisture in the air speeds up tarnish.

• Chemicals – ingredients in soaps, lotions, or perfumes can interact with silver.

• Skin Chemistry – everyone’s natural pH tells its own story on metal.

If it's time to re-plate, visit our complimentary first time re-plating service here. 

Absolutely! We understand sometimes the plating may wear off or start to tarnish. So we offer a complimentary first re-plating. After that, each piece or set of earrings is priced below:

• Small: $20
• Medium: $40
• Large: $60

The lead time is approximately 2-3 weeks.

You may return or exchange your jewelry within 30 days as long as it is unworn, unused, and in its original packaging.

Sending Your Piece Back

You’ll be responsible for shipping the item back to us. Once received and inspected, we’ll issue a refund or exchange within 1–3 business days.

A Few Gentle Notes

• We can’t accept items that show signs of wear.
• We reserve the right to decline returns not sent back in original condition.
• If your piece arrives damaged, please reach out within 7 days with a photo. We’ll repair or replace it and provide a return label for a smooth process.
