Nancy Yuan Shipping Policy

Orders placed on nancyyuanjewelry.com will ship within 3-5 business days from the day they are placed, unless it is made to order. Please be aware of this processing time when selecting your shipping option. Nancy Yuan Jewelry is not responsible for shipping delays once a package has left our care.

All shipments are fully-insured and tracking numbers are provided. Your order will be shipped once your transaction is approved. For orders shipped to an address other than the credit card billing address, we may require additional verification.

Shipping Rates

UPS Ground: Free for orders over $150

UPS Ground: $10 for orders under $150 (3-5 business days)

UPS 2nd Day: $20 (2 days)

UPS Overnight: $35 (overnight if order is placed before 12 noon PST)

*Additional shipping times may occur if shipping to Alaska or Hawaii 

Shipping Restrictions

We cannot ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

Packages are shipped and delivered Monday-Friday only. Nancy Yuan cannot assume responsibility for any UPS shipping delays.
